Return Window
You may return full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return request outside the 14 day return window will be refused
Return Eligibility
The following conditions must be met for returns to be approved:
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
Items must be odourless and free from any stains (i.e. deodorant marks, makeup etc)
Items should be in their original packaging with all tags still attatched
Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to you.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank
A £3 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total
The original shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund amount.
2. Store Credit
Receive the full value of your returned item(s) as store credit.
An additional 5% bonus will be applied to your credit.
Credit will be issued as a digital gift card
