Return window

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return request outside the 14 day return window will be refused

Return eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
• Items must be odourless and free from any stains (i.e. deodorant marks, makeup etc)
• Items should be in their original packaging with all tags still attached 
• Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to you.

• your order number
• reason for return

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund options

1. Refund to Original

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank)
• A £3 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total
• The original shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund amount.

2. Store Credit

• Receive the full value of your returned item(s) as store credit.
• An additional 5% bonus will be applied to your credit.
• Credit will be issued as a digital gift card

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
